Shipping Policy
We accept orders at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on the website will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 working days.

Whilst we will always endeavour to get your delivery to you within the nominated time period, please note there may be a delay over periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas).
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, DearDoll by V.Doll reserves the right to refuse all returns.
This return policy is intended to permit a customer to use a small amount of a product to establish if they are happy with the shade, we reserve the right to cancel any order that in our reasonable opinion demonstrates an abuse or ineligible use of this return policy.

Report A Problem With Your Order
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or any other concern, please contact our customer service team on (phone number). To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
My Item Is Faulty
If the item you received is faulty, please contact deardollbusiness@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
I Received The Wrong Item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact deardollbusiness@hotmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address, and details of the product you received. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address at the time of your order it will be your responsibility to pay all the associated re-delivery costs. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all costs to re-deliver the parcel.
