  • What is DearDoll ?
    We’re glad you asked. Dear Doll™ By V.doll is a brand made to bring out your inner sexiness as a female. Dear Doll™ is a matte liquid lipstick brand made with a creme matte finish complementing the blurred shades. These shades are a lusciously creamy blend of 5 tones with a delicious rich vanilla scent. Rich aromas are made to bring power and harness your inner goddess. Let your lips do the talking.
  • How do you suggest applying your products?
    Always start with two swatches on the lips to see how the Colour looks on you, with darker skin tones choosing lighter shades, it is recommended to use any lip liner of your choice to help create a skin tone friendly look. If lip liners are less preferred, add some gloss liner (Guilt Gloss) to also create a subtle extravaganza.
  • How do I know what shade is right for me?
    Every shade is right for everyone hence why these were the chosen colours, if you want a lighter nude look for lighter skin tones (matte million), a darker nude look for dark skin tones (matte misty), a pink nude subtle look (matte mauve) or a tranquil pink look (matte moody). It all depends on your preference. You can use Guilt Gloss as a brown gloss liner for ALL shades! We love this question as it helps us to interact with our clients as well as gain knowledge of knowing which shades are more popular.   • Where is my order?
    We accept orders at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on the website will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase. For anything else, you can reach us at deardollbusiness@hotmail.com.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We want you to love our products as much as we do, however we offer no exchanges or refunds due to hygiene policies. Any issues regarding a faulty order should be directed towards our email and we will decide the best course of action. Visit our Shipping & Returns for more information.
  • How do I find out about new products?
    The best way to find out about new products, brand news, and other cool stuff is to follow us on Instagram @deardolll and look out for our new posts or sign up to our mailing list. Promise we won’t blow up your inbox.
  • My order has not arrived yet, how can I track or check my order?
    If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, you can track your order by clicking on the link of your dispatch email.
  • I have received the wrong product, can I return it?
    If your online order is not as expected, contact us by email (deardollbusiness@hotmail.com) for assistance.
  • I got my order, but it is incomplete/damaged. What do I do?
    We try our best to ensure your products arrive safely to you however damaged items can occasionally (however rarely) occur. Please email us at (email address) with a photo of your damaged item. Don’t forget to include to your full name and invoice number. We will then be in touch with a solution asap.
  • Can I make changes to my order or shipping address?
    Once your order is placed, it's quickly processed and shipped out to you. Therefore, we cannot make changes to your order or shipping address in time before your order is processed. Make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order as it is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address.
